3. Payment and Renewal

• General Terms Paid services may be available. Fees are non-refundable.
• Automatic Renewal For subscription services, unless you notify Ivy Brothers before the end of the applicable subscription period that you wish to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew. Our platform sends reminders ahead of time. You authorize us to collect the applicable subscription fee for the renewal period (as well as any taxes) using any payment method we have on file for you. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting support. 

4. Service Packages and Pairing

Unless explicitly stated, upon signup, you will be paired with one of our admissions specialists who undergo our training program and have experience mentoring students. If you wish to work with a former admissions officer, you will need to request our former admissions officer package at the time of registration. Otherwise, you will be paired with our standard qualified specialists. Offline time during sessions, including any technical difficulties, may count against the total session count.

5. Responsibility of Website Visitors

Ivy Brothers has not reviewed all of the content posted to the website and cannot be responsible for the material's content or use. By using the website, you acknowledge that Ivy Brothers does not necessarily endorse the material posted or believe it to be accurate. Users should take appropriate precautions to protect themselves from harmful or destructive content. Ivy Brothers disclaims any responsibility for harm resulting from website use or from downloading content from the website.

6. Content Posted on Other Websites

We cannot review all material made available through websites linked to or from Ivy Brothers' site. Ivy Brothers has no control over those non-Ivy Brothers websites and is not responsible for their content or use.
